The cost of materials (including tee, original glue, two bottles (2L) of original antifreeze, sealing rings, etc.) and working hours are quoted for a total of 615 yuan.
Replace the goods when they arrive. I arrived punctually at 08:30, and the master has just gone to work. But the position of the tee is a little behind the engine compartment, which makes it a little difficult to operate.
Put off the antifreeze first (it should have been taken out, because I just changed it). Then, the three masters work together to disassemble.

After installation, first add tap water to detect whether the liquid is leaking, and start the car to discharge the gas from the water tank. The whole process took a long time, and in a twinkling of an eye it was noon, and I took a taxi home.

The next day, I went to test again. When I returned at 3 p.m., who knew how far I had just gone, the antifreeze warning light flashed and “Didi” rang. I know it’s the lack of antifreeze.
I wonder, I just changed the three-way pipe. I opened the hood and found that the liquid level was very low. Fortunately, I have a bottle of antifreeze in my trunk, but there is not much left. So I added a little bit to it.
I entered Ningma Expressway through Maanshan Toll Station. Two lanes, and there’s a place for construction, it’s a little congested. After a while, the antifreeze lamp began to call the police again. So I had to stop in the emergency driveway and turn on the emergency flasher. Lift the cover of the engine and find that the liquid in the antifreeze tank is reduced again. I unscrewed the lid and the liquid went up. Apparently there’s still gas in it.
So, I called the after-sale girl, she said that this situation can not be opened, to go into the store for repair. I said I was on the highway, and I felt like they couldn’t talk, so I hung up.
I have a travel thermos bottle with boiled water in my car. I poured out the boiling water, and it was cold. Added to the antifreeze tank.
In the meantime, the patrol also stopped to ask me what was going on, and I said that the antifreeze was less than boiling. They said just add some antifreeze. I asked hopefully if they had any extra antifreeze in the car, which I could pay for. They say no. They asked if they wanted a trailer. I said I’d try it with water for the time being.
When I finished filling the water, I continued to drive. I kept a close eye on the meter for fear that the alarm light would go off again. Fortunately, not yet, but I was soon caught in a traffic jam. I followed the car for a while, worried that if I called the police again in the driveway, I would not be able to stop. On October 5th, I went to the store for testing again. The master said that maybe the fan was not working and there was something wrong with the thermostat. So place an order and replace it. To change this, you need to remove the timing belt cover and remove the motor. This time the master said, take out the antifreeze so as to save some cost.

It turned out that the seal ring at the thermostat was not installed and was exposed to the outside. I brought a bottle of self-contained (2L) antifreeze in the car. After adding it, there wasn’t much left.
Hurry back to the store, remove it, and install it for a second time. After installation, the test was run again, but there was still a leakage. After further inspection, I found that there was a leak at the interface of a pipe. The master adjusted the clip and fixed it.

At this time, I had run out of antifreeze, but there was no one in the store, so I had to add some tap water. After running the test again, I found that the antifreeze did not leak.
However, due to aging, the timing belt cover was damaged after being disassembled several times. I simply replaced it with a new one. This time, a total of more than 400 yuan was spent before and after.

Although 12 years have passed, the manufacturer’s recalled parts are still on file. This time, the steering wheel airbag was replaced for free.

The ABS light sometimes came on, so the sensor was replaced. The handbrake light is always on, so it cost more than 160 yuan to replace the handbrake switch.
