The low beam flashes, and the fault of turning on itself has been solved… (concluded)
It looks like it’s a 2000 problem. A certain treasure is asking for 1200 yuan and can’t afford it…
Most of the car demolitions are broken. Are there any experts who can repair them?

After the low beam problem occurred, several high-level repairmen were consulted to listen to opinions and suggestions.
In the spirit of a repairman who is self-reliant, he resolutely decided to demolish it himself.
During the disassembly and repair process, I found that if I removed all this switch and did not install it, the low beam would continue to flash and the headlight would be turned on
So in fact, the low beam light of Xena turns on itself because of internal contact problems with the knob switch, oxidation of the contacts, and excessive grease
After coming into contact with dust, it accumulates on the contact points. After a long time, it will naturally turn on itself.
The post from the house next door was that the airbag, COM2000, and a series of accessories were removed. I don’t think it would be so troublesome.
If you only aim at the flashing of the low beam and turn it on by yourself, you can just remove this handle. After all, removing the airbag is risky.
After disassembly, the contacts were cleaned with alcohol. The grease on them was not used so much. After cleaning them a little, I didn’t find the need for additional welding.
Although it was a little helpless to lose a positioning spring in the middle, it was not difficult to save one myself in the end. After all, no one twisted it all day long.
Even if it is broken, just change it for yourself
Here, I would like to thank the diving master, Beijing Lao Bao, and the Sena rider who posted a post to dismantle the car from the house next door for their support and help
The solution is as follows:
