The wheels and screws can be separated, so don’t lift the engine to clear the gap.
Install the tensioner wheel quickly and tighten the corresponding screws on the back.
After separating the tensioner, screw in the threads.
Then slowly tighten it.
Finally, everything was installed in place.
Finally install the belt and wind it in the original order.
After winding the belt, you need to take out the tensioner wheel to fix the screw, so that the tensioner wheel will pop out and tighten the belt. Therefore, a master turns the tensioner wheel in the opposite direction on it, and a master pulls out the fixing screw.
It is this iron bar that fixes the screw and the tensioner.
Insert it in the hole in the tensioner wheel.
Install everything in place and check it.
Start, step on the accelerator, and look at the running status. Everything is fine.
Finally, I charged a little fee. The working hour fee was 80 yuan, and the price was okay.
The next morning when the car started cold, there was no squeaking sound. Wearing parts and aging parts could only be replaced in time.
