There is a big gear in this hole, I don’t know what it is, why there is rust, the technician said it was made of iron, and there was a semicircular vent in the lower part of the mouth, which was splashed into it when the oil was released, and all flowed out of the vent. The technician cleaned it up later.

It naturally flowed down and put down almost one liter, and then connected to a thin pipe to pump the oil in the torque converter. This was fast. It pumped about 3 liters, a total of about 4 liters, and there was really no oil out.

When I asked the technician why he smoked, he said that the flow rate was too slow, and the technician finally stirred it in the hole with a thin tube, which was probably enough to suck it thoroughly.

The wire harness on the side of the gearbox is also removed and drooped to one side, but the plug is not pulled out, in order to easily remove the oil pan of the gearbox.

In the gearbox, the oil droplets were still dripping slowly. I asked the technician if he wanted to remove them. He said no, for fear of breaking them. If I did, I had to suck the oil droplets with a paper towel. Forget it. It’s not much. I can’t participate in it myself.

This is to wipe the edge of the upper cover of the gearbox with a cloth, which is connected with the bottom cover, and the cloth is sprayed with a decontamination spray. The technician said that the gearbox cannot be sprayed, and there will be corrosion. It should be reasonable to think about it, whether the precision part is not cleaned up or not. It’s not a big problem with oil droplets.

Insert a new filter. It’s white. I guess it’s filter cotton. No wonder it can’t be reused.

Begin to put on the oil pan, put on six new screws, this screw is very light and loose at first, also check the contact degree of the plastic gasket, and finally stare at it in strict accordance with the standard order, torque.

After cleaning the oil pan, add a new gasket, insert a new white overflow pipe, and two new magnets, I don’t know if the position of the magnet is correct. I answered the phone and installed the bottom shell without seeing it. I asked the technician if the magnet was put in. He said he did.

I added some oil, then put down the car, started, and changed gears, which I didn’t quite understand. Later, I added the rest, a total of 9.46 liters of oil, all pumped in, and then the overflow of the overflow pipe suddenly reduced the flow, tightened the screws, and also had torque. I was told in advance that the new oil was wasted and did not help me to receive the waste oil barrel. The technician said that it was probably less than half a liter and increased the amount of oil in the gearbox, which he said was the upper limit of the normal value. If you flow out a little more, it will become a lower limit, adding a total of a little more than 9 liters. I asked if I should use a test ruler. He said that there was no ruler, this car did not, and I was sure to test it for me. I don’t know. When I came back from the test drive, I picked up the car to check for no oil leakage.
