9 I started replacing the back door. The 4S back door glass guide groove was too expensive. This time I bought it from a certain treasure.
Only 2 or 3 posts were found on the forum about removing glass risers. In order to comprehensively learn about removing back door glass, I went to Youtube to find about 20 videos. At least three of them were American repairmen complaining that Volkswagen’s door disassembly and assembly design was too complex and inconvenient for maintenance. I remember that the places I complained about were the plastic expansion pins on the door lock cover that stuck the metal door panels, the expansion pins/tenons fixed on the glass, and the fixed connecting pieces in the middle of the glass.
