Loosen crankcase pressure pipe.

Loosen the small water pipe on the right rear side.

Loosen the 3 pipes at the rear left.

Loosen the exhaust valve and one tube.

T30 screws loosen the air assembly fixing screws.

Loosen the T20 screw fixing screw for the waste valve.

Pull off the waste valve.

If it is found that it is difficult to remove, continue and loosen the air filter inlet.

The air inlet is loose.

Then the assembly was pulled up. If the two rubbers were stuck, you could just pull it out hard. As a result, it was found that the space was too small and the left side of the air filter assembly was stuck.

Remove it again and remove the cover of the empty filter box to reduce the thickness.

It’s finally possible to pull it out. It’s not easy. The design is so clever.

The throttle is exposed.

The T30 screwdriver removes 4 screws.

Pull off the throttle control line.

Remove the throttle valve. It’s a little dirty. You can see.

There was a layer of dirt in the gap on the front.

In the previous 3M throttle valve cleaner, no cleaning agent could be used.

Spray and soak.

Hold the throttle blade with your fingers, carefully clean it with a waste toothbrush, and finally spray it with a cleaning agent, and it will be clean.
