5 As soon as the air filter element arrived today, I couldn’t wait to try to replace the filter element for the first time. The MAHLE LX2841/7 bought in a certain store in the east.
The engine compartment is not cleaned much and is always kept in the underground garage. It is not dirty yet
Remove the front pipe first. There are buckles on both sides. You can pull it out by breaking it on both sides.
The guard plate is fixed by 7 snap fasteners and can be pulled upwards with a little force
This guard plate is the guard plate of the air filter element. A T20 screwdriver can loosen the 4 screws, and you don’t need to screw them out.
There are two fixing buttons on the front of the air filter guard plate to fix it, so you need to pull it in the direction of the front of the car and it will come out once you pull it.
Comparing the old and new filter elements, the original filter element has been used for nearly 20,000 kilometers

I accidentally tore the handle off during installation. This is too weak. It must be gentle in the future.
