On the 20th day after the warranty was issued, I repaired the car outside and found out the trouble code p001177. I went to 4s and wanted the manufacturer to make a bona fide claim. I was rejected. There was no reason, but I just didn’t accompany me. I was a little confused and gave a very domineering answer.
Two days later, the 4s store replied that the manufacturer didn’t care if they repaired it, but they had to wait until January because the account was closed, so they had to wait for January to be repaired. I was very surprised. I didn’t expect that this 4s, which I had repeatedly reported and refused to deal with the fault, would do this! The next day, I went to the 4s to discuss this matter and found that the foreign technician and after-sales manager had left, and they were all replaced.
The condition was that I personally bear some of the money for sealant and antifreeze, and they dealt with the rest in 4s. I was quite surprised! In the past, trouble codes were cleared and then opened. If the trouble codes were cleared until they were completely broken, they would also say that it was caused by external force or accidental failure. They would either not repair it or at their own expense. I really didn’t expect this time.
