In the past, this carburetor cleaner is the most commonly used when we clean the throttle, which is used by maintenance personnel in the automobile maintenance industry to clean the throttle. Over a long period of time, there have been many hidden dangers, including: engine idling can not come down, fuel consumption, throttle stuck, cruise system failure and other failures, seriously resulting in engine cylinder pulling and other failures.
The main component of Hua Qing is benzene, which will cause serious corrosion and swelling to the apron, and the oil seal corrosion on the idle motor can easily lead to an increase in fuel consumption of idling instability.
Without lubrication, the original lubricant on the throttle will be cleaned during chemical cleaning, resulting in throttle stuck, electronic throttle control and cruise control device malfunctioning and so on.
Long-term use of carburetor cleaning agent to clean the throttle will make the formation of throttle gum faster and faster, frequent cleaning leads to frequent failures and high maintenance costs, and finally need to replace the throttle to solve.
After a lot of stealth damage is exposed, all kinds of special cleaning agents for throttle appear. This kind of product has the characteristics of removing carbon deposition, providing moderate lubricity after cleaning, not harming the surface coating of throttle and aprons. It perfectly solves all kinds of needs in throttle cleaning.

The cleaning frequency of machines-how long the throttle will be dirty depends on the air filter quality, the brand and quality of the oil used, the condition of the driving section, the air temperature, the working temperature of the engine, driving habits and so on. Even as far as the individual is concerned, the time of cleaning the throttle can not be determined by a fixed kilometer. The interval between the throttle of the first cleaning of the new car is the longest. Later, due to the continuous condensation of oil and gas in the crankcase ventilation pipe and inlet, the cleaning frequency will increase. And different weather will also affect the speed of throttle dirt.
So it is difficult to judge, no wonder it will be checked every time of maintenance and even some will be cleaned every time of maintenance.
The throttle can not be disassembled when cleaning, but the sealing part of the steam intake must be cleaned, and the idle motor must be removed before it can be cleaned.
What if there is too much oil on the throttle? Have to go to the garage to clean up? No, in fact, car owners with hands-on ability can do it on their own, just don’t forget the final initialization.
Initialization: open the second gear of the key, that is, the one in which the meter indicates full light, then wait 20 seconds, step on the throttle to the end, hold it for about 10 seconds, release the throttle, turn off the ignition switch, pull out the key, and the initialization is complete. Or open the second gear of the key, hold it for 30 seconds, then turn off the ignition switch and pull out the key. It should be noted that after the two methods are done, you have to wait for a period of time before you can try to start the fire, generally wait for 15Lue 20 seconds, and then start the fire to see if the refueling is normal and whether the engine fault light is off.
But depending on the car, the restoration method is different, some cars have to go through the computer to complete the initialization, if that is the case, the owner is still advised to send the car to a store with professional equipment for cleaning.
