After many years of diving, I came out to take a dip in the bar, post some old pictures, and review classic old cars.
I used to be involved in the digital circle and posted some photos on other forums. I accidentally saw it being quoted everywhere…
So I also came to the serious car forum and posted a post.
——————I am the dividing line————————
The last batch of E61 5 Series Travel 525d, M57D30 Straight 6 3.0 diesel engines, 197-horsepower 400 Nm, matched with a ZF 6hp gearbox. The data is reasonable and not bad back then. However, diesel fuel consumption has a great advantage, about 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
Cut the crap and just go straight to the picture.

The E60 and E61 BMW 5 Series were the works of Chris Bangor at the time. They may have been a bit ahead of their time and had a poor reputation abroad, but they still seem to be out of date today and are indeed classics of a generation. In addition, as the first-generation BMW 5 Series introduced in China, the domestic response seems to be good. Everyone loves the eagle eye headlights.

Outside the blue and within the meter, my favorite color scheme, a warm feeling at home

After the mid-term modification, the E61 has been replaced with the second-generation CIC iDrive and the classic big chicken leg shift.

A panoramic sunroof is of course indispensable for a station wagon.

Kiyou is also a travel fan, and his 6th-generation Passat travel version (it should be called Magotan Travel in China). But it’s also diesel, not the R36

Back then, the Passat’s optional configuration was really good, and his car can be said to be the top match. In 2009, it has been equipped with ACC adaptive cruising, lane keeping, parallel assist, and DCC active chassis control.

In addition to the impeccable practicality of the large trunk of the station wagon, I think the body shape and lines are also smoother and more beautiful than the sedan version.

As two old cars from 2009, they do not seem outdated today.

Here the preface ends and the feature begins

Long legs have wood

Favorite electronic gear lever

Although BMW’s last generation of mechanical and hydraulic power steering is a travel version, it still feels very good on mountain roads. Today’s electronic-assisted road surfaces always feel less direct. The disadvantage is that the steering direction is too heavy, which makes it difficult for girls to drive.

Let’s call it a day. The car has been replaced with an F11 for travel, so this car is no longer certified.
There are still many photos, so I can share them again if I have the opportunity to remember them.
The shots are average, so don’t complain
