The installed door lock for the left electric door may have been too strong before removing the car parts, and the problem occurred first than the unlocking motor of the electric door on my right. During the epidemic, the car stopped for too long, and I occasionally used it once. The left electric door was unlocked normally and no abnormalities were found. However, when it was opened to pick up people, the door could not be opened with the electric door button switch. When I heard the sound of the unlocking motor working, the electric door motor also worked and pulled the door, but the door just couldn’t be opened without unlocking. I determined that the problem was that the tension of the unlocking motor was not enough. I just happened to remove the parts this time, so my brother specially removed a set of motors for me. It’s cooler today. It took half an hour to disassemble and solve the problem. Send a replacement tutorial. If a problem like mine occurs, you can solve it yourself.

The first step is to remove the inner handle. Use a screwdriver to push the circlip down and pull it out.

Step 2: Remove the four locking block screws

In the third step, the three fixing screw locking blocks No. 10 on the inside will come down, and the rear lock link wire will be pulled out.

The fourth step is to unplug the two plugs, and be careful not to plug them in the opposite direction. If they are reversed, the unlocking and central locking will be exchanged.

You don’t have to remove the door panel, just lift it so far. It will be easy to install it back when you go back.

The fifth step is to take it off with skill. First insert the rear part of the motor into the door and lift it up backwards and upwards.

Step 6: turn the front of the lock block downward 45° and then pull out the lock block downward to the right

Step 7: Remove the outer handle and pull cable

As long as the clip can be removed here, you can understand how to remove it, or use pliers to hold the clip and push it down.

Step 8, replace the motor and locking block

Mine is a modified one. I equipped the two long screws. If you need to grind off the rivets of the original car when you remove it for the first time, you can go to the hardware store and spend two yuan to replace my screws. There will be no photos after the restoration. Basically, you can replace it in about half an hour. It’s hot, so you can avoid trouble
