When I went to after-sale maintenance, I told the repair master that the bumper was reinstalled at that time, and it lasted for more than two months. As a result, I found it in the later process of using the car. Slowly there was another crack in the corner of the bar. Anyway, Yifeng’s after-sale service was relatively good. At that time, it was said that they would contact the manufacturer to see how to solve this problem. Sure enough, a few days later, they called us to say that there was a solution. I remember that at that time, after driving the car, the bar corner was taken apart. The master of metal cut part of the bar corner with a blade and reinstalled it to look very solid. At that time, the staff in the store reminded us to observe for a period of time that if there were similar problems, the manufacturer would certainly be responsible, and the next step was to change an improved bumper to consider that the gap in the bumper at that time was OK. If you change the bar, although you do not have to bear the cost of the quality warranty, it was very troublesome at that time, so I decided to continue to use the car to observe. I did not expect that the gap in the bumper would become bigger after driving for a month or two, and the car was still relatively new, and the seam of the bumper felt particularly unpleasant, and the car wanted to solve this problem thoroughly during the warranty period. I was supposed to go to Fengfeng after sale, but I didn’t expect that the service of others was very good. We asked about the use of the car in the later stage, so we went on to reflect the problem to them. Finally, we communicated that Yifeng after-sale gave us a brand new Toyota original improved Crown Land front bumper, but the back bumper had to be repainted and asked about the painting process on their side. It is said that Yifeng is now spraying with water-based paint, and the effect of the white pearl paint is still very good, and there will be no obvious color difference, just wait for the accessories to come back and finish painting. And drove the car over to install it. I remember that I waited for about a week at that time, and when the bumper arrived, a staff member from the after-sales side called and told us that after the accessories arrived, we needed to re-spray white pearl paint on the bumper. We’ll drive the car over and install it when the paint is done. In the end, the bumper was ready to be installed, so I drove the car over and changed it, and finally solved the problem completely. When changing the bumper, all the original bumpers need to be removed, and the master of the sheet metal in the workshop is still quite skillful in his work. The master removed some accessories on the bumper and reinstalled it on the newly sprayed bumper. The process of disassembly and assembly took about 40 minutes. After the installation, the master tried the radar and so on again. Anyway, every detail was done very well, and it was reassuring to wait for the bumper to be completely installed and then polished. I felt that the effect of the white pearl paint sprayed after sale was not bad, and more importantly, the car had been back for some time. I felt that the problem of the opening of the front bumper bar angle was really solved, and I used my hand to shake this position. This time the combination is really very solid, no matter what, as long as the problem is solved in time, their after-sales service is still very good.
At that time, I made an appointment with the after-sales staff on the phone, and it would take about an hour to replace the bumper before disassembly, so I drove the car to solve the problem at the appointed time, and someone registered when the car arrived at the place. because of this warranty to solve the problem, there is no need to incur any costs, the car is not afraid of problems, as long as the manufacturer and the 4s store can take it seriously.

Although it is free to solve the problem today, I still need to sign on the list to confirm it. Later, the beautiful woman received said that I could go to the workshop to have a look. It was also interesting for me to see how the master could change the new bumper.
The weather was a little cloudy, so the lights were on in the workshop, and the workshop was still very clean and tidy. I drove over and this car was parked at the edge of the west side.
The sheet metal master began to remove all the fixing clips on a black plastic board on the bumper. Most of these clips were pulled off as soon as they were pressed down. This master still works very quickly.
The master of sheet metal is still quite professional. He said that this bumper is relatively large, and there are too many accessories on it, so this bumper is relatively heavy, and the position at both ends of the bar corner is not tight, so it is often detached, but the problem of changing a new bumper will be solved.
Now all the work is done with power tools, so the screws under the bumper are removed quickly.
The black eyebrows on the edge of the bumper were also removed, and sure enough, all the clips were fastened together and fixed.
If you look at it this way, the area of the bumper in front of the crown is indeed quite large. I feel that the front face is much more complicated than Hanlanda’s. The master of the sheet metal leaned down and then removed the fixing screw under the bumper.

Later, the sheet-metal master took the bumper sprayed with white pearl paint and spread a layer of soft foam on the ground so that the new bumper would not be damaged during assembly
The entire bumper and the center net look quite big when assembled together. If it were a single bumper, it would not look very big.

Remove the attachments from the old bumper, install them on the new bumper, and tighten the screws
