The maintenance of B guarantee, gearbox oil and brake oil is completed in 4S, and the rear differential oil and internal and external air conditioning filter elements are completed in the imperial repair shop.
Compared with W211 and W212, there are not many E-class car maintenance posts in V213 (W213). This post will be described in detail.

The next step is the key to the maintenance of the transmission, the hydraulic torque converter oil, and the handyman unscrews the torque converter screw and begins to drain the oil. After dropping slowly for a while, the laborer began to blow into the gearbox, just like the urinary tract was open. the oil flow rate of the torque converter doubled until the torque converter oil was completely emptied, and two drops were sprayed on me.Then remove the oil pan to expose the gearbox valve body, the German machinery is really beautiful. Because the gearbox filter element is integrated in the gearbox oil pan, it is necessary to change the gearbox oil pan together. Although the gearbox oil changed after running 60,000 kilometers is very clear, there are still some iron powders on the magnets of the oil pan, so be sure to change the gearbox oil in time to ensure normal work.

After installing the gearbox oil pan, the workers begin to add the gearbox oil, and the labourers get a total of 10L gearbox oil and pour it into the special tool, connect the gearbox refueling port and start pumping oil.

After filling the gearbox oil, use a special tool to check, and start the vehicle, it should be the strict version of the gearbox oil temperature and so on, because I did not finish learning here, I only know about. Under the condition of landing (reasonable oil temperature), check the oil level through ultrasonic tools and release oil moderately. Close the oil port after putting it in the appropriate oil level and check the edge for leakage after wiping it clean. The small worker confirmed that the moderate oil discharge was less than 1L, so the actual gearbox oil consumption was 9.XL, extremely close to 10L. Here, please also correct whether the strict version and the he version are standardized or not.

Third, brake oil
The replacement of brake oil does not have much technical content. The tanker connects to the refueling port in the engine room and hangs it on four wheels in turn to put oil. Take a few pictures.

4S transferred to the royal repair shop to replace the differential oil and the filter element of internal and external air conditioners. The strict version has always said that the differential oil should be replaced in time, otherwise the maintenance fee will be sky-high. Indeed, the differential oil changed this time is darker in color and visually sticky. It should be replaced in time within a mileage of no more than 60,000 kilometers (40,000 or 50,000 should be better). After learning from 4S, they did not change the differential oil 150000 kilometers ago.

After putting it clean, screw up the oil discharge screw, unscrew the other side of the refueling screw, and pump the differential oil from the refueling port.

The actual differential oil discharge is a little more than 1L, which should be 1.1L. The oil receiver is dirty, and the details can not be seen clearly.
Two bottles (2L) have 0.5L left, which is wasted more in the filling process.
Hope that Mercedes-Benz will design the differential to add 1L or 2L in the future, otherwise it is not enough to buy one bottle, it is a waste to buy two bottles.
We must change the differential oil in time, anyway, the overall cost is not expensive, the replacement is not technical content.
Put a picture of the internal and external air conditioner filter element, and you will change it yourself. Complain about Mercedes-Benz’s built-in air-conditioning filter, which is too difficult to remove.
