Speaking of which, one day, the group discussed repairing a car. Most of the riders only knew that the rear seat back could be lowered but did not know that it could be disassembled with bare hands. So I took my car as an example and took a few photos to explain that removing the seat back can provide more rear space and is convenient to clean, which is a must-have knowledge.

Lift the front edge of the cushion and flip the rear edge forward

This is the most common operation. You can replace the oil pump under the seat

Lift up the handle on the shoulder of the backrest

Push backrest to middle position

Press and hold the plastic button at the base of the headrest to remove the headrest.

I just pulled it off

The seat back can be basically flat, which is the most commonly used method to expand the trunk space in daily life.

Observe the side of the backrest shaft near the door. There is a gray movable hook here. It usually hooks the seat shaft to prevent it from falling out. You can push it backwards with your fingers or keys.

After pushing it in, the shaft will be exposed and the shaft here can be lifted up.

After lifting the shaft by the door, the shaft on the other side is inserted into the seat back, so just pull it out directly.

the back can come off.

This time, the space inside is even larger, and the cushion in front only has two steel hooks hanging on the chassis. You can also retire and take out the cushion.
