This maintenance is also to prepare for the long journey later, so this time I asked the 4S shop to use engine oil with better protective properties. The 4S shop recommended me a Japanese engine oil brand suitable for hackers, saying that it is a century-old brand with quite a few certifications. To be honest, I don’t know much about this engine oil.
This time I plan to bring a big bodyguard and go far in a few days, so I rely on it to help, so don’t let me lose the chain on the road. The last maintenance was very simple. It was a minor maintenance. Only the oil and machine filter were changed, but the air filter element was not changed. During this maintenance, the master said that the air filter must be replaced. If it is not replaced, it will affect the use. High fuel consumption is still a trivial matter, and if it is not good, it will also affect the service life of the engine. This is a big deal.
This time, I added engine oil with a clear viscosity of IFG5 (0W-20). The master said that this low-viscosity engine oil is very suitable for Japanese cars. It has a good lubricating effect and helps improve engine performance. In fact, I don’t understand what the master said. I don’t quite understand and don’t understand how the engine oil improves power. I just asked other car owners in the group and said that this oil is a high-quality fully synthetic engine oil that is more suitable for Japanese engines, with outstanding energy-saving and noise reduction effects.
One thing I don’t understand is why Japanese engines must use low-viscosity engine oil. There are many models of these engine oil, and I don’t understand. Whether it can save energy and reduce noise as said on the Internet, I will find out after running.
The engine was a little dirty, so the master cleaned it, and I often clean it myself, but I don’t have special tools and don’t know how to clean it, so I still have to rely on professional technicians.
This is the cleaned interior. Does it feel like a new car has just been bought? Although it wasn’t messy before, it wasn’t neat enough. After cleaning the interior, we also checked the steering flexibility of the lower steering wheel and whether the functions of some electrical appliances were normal. I whispered that this master was much more careful than the previous maintenance master.
The chassis and tires have also been carefully inspected. It is necessary to travel far away. We didn’t do dynamic balance last time, so it makes me feel more at ease to do it this time. There is no shortage of brake fluid, no need to be replaced or replenished, and the brake pads are quite normal.
Several other places have also been inspected. The instrument panel is operating normally, there is no leakage in the storage kettle, and there is no problem with the tightness of the belt. The oil, machine filter, and air filter have been replaced. I am very looking forward to the replacement of new oil, hoping to have a better driving experience.
