After washing the car, use a wiper to sweep the water. After scraping, it stopped. Stop in the middle of front gear. Stop moving. At first, I thought it was a worn switch? Upward or rust? Or something else? After a while, turn on the wiper switch and turn it a few more times. Completely stopped moving. Parking at home. Open the machine cover. No rust was found. Apply a little amount of 5w30 oil to the joints. Turn on the switch, move it twice, and stop again. Do it once, do it twice. Remove.

A little awkward. Drive slowly. Let’s talk about it when we get home.

There is nothing wrong with it.

There is no abnormality at the wiper motor plug.

Just a little dirty.

Wiper assembly.

Remove the assembly, plug in the plug, and turn on the switch. Suddenly it started spinning again. Squeeze your hand. Fortunately, there was no bleeding. Preliminary judgment is that there is no problem with the motor. Nnd hurts.

Open the plug. There is another mystery. It’s dirty, there’s water. Where did you get it?

Get off the bus.

Try 5w30 again. Inside the white bottle are the rest of changing the oil yourself.

A few water stains were found.

It’s cold, take it home. There is too much water, where did it come from?

connector socket

It was unsightly inside. Water.

There is too much water.

He held the assembly and threw it on the ground. It’s soaking in water.

He even pretended to wipe it with paper.

Use a knife to scrape off the rust part of the plug.

Go back to the bottom of the windshield wiper assembly and take a look. Awesome. It’s jammed. A small basin is formed after heavy rain. The motor was soaked

Push it open and take a look. Why is it so dirty? I remember it has not been opened for five or six years.

Take a handful of the mud you have dug out.

When the motor was turned on, there was a lot of rust residue on the rotor. This was still the case after sandpaper was used.

It was really dirty inside. The grease had been emulsified and yellowed, so I forgot to take a special photo.

Clean up dirty parts everywhere.

White rust can develop inside the aluminum shell of the motor, so continue to clean it.

Preliminary judgment is that the rust residue caused by water inflow and the intermittent water content in the controller cannot work continuously.

Test driving after heavy snow. Reappear youth.

Wipers are reborn.

It’s fixed.
Polish the silicon steel sheets after cleaning them all. Water stains on the drying controller. Apply new grease. Install it in place. Test run. Perfect as ever. No subsequent photos were taken. Thank you for watching. Give more valuable opinions. Thanks again!!!
