I’ve been driving my car for a year and I need to do some maintenance today. The routine maintenance of the car is as follows: Oil and oil filter: Oil and oil filter basically need to be replaced every time you maintain it. There are generally three types of car oils, mineral oil, semi-synthetic engine oil, and fully synthetic engine oil. I use Dongfeng Fengshen’s original fully synthetic engine oil.
Different oil change cycles are different. Antifreeze: Automobile antifreeze not only serves as an anti-freezing agent, but also produces high temperatures when the engine is running. Antifreeze cools the engine. When the temperature is low in winter, antifreeze can avoid low temperature damage to the engine. Generally, it takes three years or 50,000 kilometers to replace antifreeze. Glass water: Glass water is mainly used to clean dirt on the windshield. Once it is used up, it needs to be replenished in time. When using the car in winter, it is recommended that car owners add anti-freezing glass water to avoid freezing the glass kettle and affecting normal use. Air filter element: Air filter element can filter air to ensure the cleanliness of the air. Generally, it can be replaced once every 1 to 2 years. Brake fluid: Brake fluid has different characteristics than other oils. Brake fluid is hydrophilic and easily absorbs water during use. Brake oil will produce bubbles after absorbing water, which will cause the brakes to become soft and the braking distance to become longer. It is recommended to replace brake fluid every 2 years to avoid abnormalities during braking and driving safety cannot be guaranteed.
