The post was posted to the wrong section, so move it here. The car feels shaken and shaken when driving. In the past few years, when the shock absorber rubber sleeve was replaced, the shock absorber rebounded a little slowly. Now it must have completely failed. I decided to replace it, and it is a little troublesome to replace the shock absorber rubber sleeve in the past. The bolts of the M14 cannot use a torque tool and are blocked by the spring, and there is no tool to compress the spring. It was a bit troublesome to remove the swing arm bolt and take out the spring, so I didn’t remove it, and I didn’t use the torque wrench. Demolition is relatively simple, so I would like to share some points of attention with everyone, so that when going outside for repairs, it is also possible to supervise whether the small workers are lazy.

After the tire is removed, the shock absorber needs to be compressed with a jack before the shock absorber and the bolts of the body can be removed. Otherwise, the bolts will easily be damaged when the bolts are stressed.

Only these two bolts cannot be removed under force

Remove the lower bolt of the shock absorber. Because the spring blocked it, it had to be removed like this, and the sleeve could not be used.

Mark the bolts and shock absorbers for location before removal. Because no torque wrench is used, this can be used as a reference.
