Recently, something like sludge was found flying on the plastic inside the leafboard. The inspection showed that the protective rubber sleeve of the left outer cage was cracked. I bought the Zotye matching product from Nanjing Lao Yang. The rubber quality is good.

Recently, I discovered that there were a few drops of oil in the underground of the garage. It was leaking from under the back cover of the fifth gear of the gearbox. I bought sealant first.

Without cushions, the original car glue cannot seal well after 15 years. Remove it and apply it with newly purchased glue.

Glue the tail cap.

Remove the outer cage with snap ring pliers to open the snap ring and pull the outer cage hard. The half shafts are separated smoothly and there is no need to knock.

The iron edge at the lower right side of the refueling screw was leaking gearbox oil. I was going to loosen the upper and lower screws and glue them, but I didn’t know the inner structure, so I didn’t remove them. I used glue around them for a while first.

Who knows what this iron does? Can it be disassembled? Will it affect the internal structure?

A switch is installed on the heating pipe, and the air conditioning effect is much better than before.

Oil was still leaking from the location where the glue was applied last time. The problem can be solved by disassembling and applying glue.

Because the iron block has never been removed, it is difficult to remove it. There are three cylindrical anti-thrust valves inside, and the bottoms are stuck in three circular recesses on the iron block.

Remove it, glue it and put it back.

One, two, reverse gear is not easy to hang. I bought this and replaced it with the gear selection. This is an old one, and the rubber shares inside have aged and cracked.
