2011 Aohu, replacement of rear shock absorber, locking solenoid valve, carbon canister, operation

When I was replacing the bearing feet, I found that the rear shock absorber leaked oil. After struggling for a while, I bought a pair of car-dismantling machines, a pair of 400s.

The reason for changing the carbon canister is because in winter and summer, when refueling, and opening the lid of the mailbox, there will be the sound of gas releasing and sizzling sound. The carbon canister is probably full, 26W + kilometers, and it is time to replace it with a new one.

Locking the solenoid valve is a vulgar time. Between 20 and 40, gears 2-3-4, and the upshift feels frustrated. I flipped through the posts in the forum, bought the solenoid valve, and replaced it.

The back right is more obvious.

The left back is not very good either.

New condom.

Damping top glue, but it was found that it was different from the original car. It had more metal plates and could be installed, so I didn’t care about it. I don’t understand. Could it be an improvement?

Remove the old one. Putting the new one back is not difficult.

New carbon canister.

very light

The workmanship is not very fine.

This is the part number.

At the left rear wheel position, remove the lining and see it.

Light oil, green color.

I bought 8 barrels, but it wasn’t enough. Later, I went out and bought another barrel.

The filter is old and no longer cleaned, replace it with a new one.

Remove the valve body.

The solenoid valve is on the back and needs to be removed and replaced

The 2011 Aohu is a CVT analog 6th gear.

The information on the Internet is very comprehensive.

The back looks like this. I changed the TCC, 200+ postage of 23, paid by SF Express, and some are also called ACC. I don’t understand. I bought it from a store where a bike friend bought it.

When disassembling and assembling, I helped with it. My hands were full of oil, so I didn’t take photos. The new filter got on the car.

Very clean.
Originally, 7-8 liters were enough, but after removing the valve body, I bought two more barrels, but only added one barrel.

Now there is no sense of frustration in upshifting.

Keep observing the rear shock absorber of the demolished car. I hope it lasts longer.
