Recently, after driving at a high speed for a while, I started the car within 5 minutes after entering the service area. I could smell the smell of gasoline. I just felt that the high-pressure oil pump was broken, so 160 bought an original Hitachi oil pump in Salted Fish.·I originally wanted to buy a brand part, but I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to resist it and couldn’t use it, so I preferred to use it with the original factory disassembled parts. The above are all the parts after the oil pump was disassembled.
In order to remove this high-pressure valve, I first had to make a tool. I bought a 38mm sleeve with a height of 80 mm. Mill the shape on the drawing on the machining center. Of course, you can buy salted fish at prices ranging from 80 to 120.
The 2 bosses are just stuck in the 2 grooves of the high-pressure oil pump.
The upper oil seal in the picture is newly purchased, and the lower oil seal is old among high-pressure oil pumps. If you remove it, you can feel aging. This seal ring is crucial in high-pressure oil pumps. When it ages, gasoline will flow into the engine, seriously causing engine lubricating oil to fail. Insufficient oil pressure causes difficulty in starting the engine.
After assembling according to the seller’s installation procedures, tighten to 50Nm with a torque wrench.
I was going to replace the high-pressure oil pump of the original car. Before replacing it, I used a 5053 to measure the oil pressure at the idle speed of the oil pump to be 48bar. This pressure value is normal. General pressure values between 40 and 60bar are normal, indicating that the oil pump is good. It seems that I have bought too many oil pumps that have been repaired.
Turn off the engine and then turn on the switch key. Don’t start it. At this time, the oil pressure will slowly rise due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. After waiting for about 10 minutes, it has risen to 65bar. This shows that there is no leakage between the high-pressure oil pump and the fuel injection nozzle, which means that the oil supply is not checked. But I couldn’t understand the smell of gasoline immediately after running at high speed and starting again. The carbon canister solenoid valve has also been replaced, and the check valve in the engine crankcase has also been replaced.
