I came to the repair shop and inspected the site again and again. I found no problems. I was worried about what to do when I recalled the abnormal sound. It was under the driver. After checking the cabin, there was no problem.![]()
My head was cracked, and it was a difficult and miscellaneous disease. The repairman advised me to wait until the sound was louder before it could be checked. Just as I was about to give up, I looked at the wiper and wondered if the screws of the wiper motor were loose, or the rubber sleeve was aging, so I just grabbed the wiper arm and shook it back and forth. I actually had a gap in the wiper arm, and it made a knocking sound while shaking it. It really paid off, so I opened it up.
I started to remove the wiper arm, but I was so surprised that I quickly removed it.
I don’t need to say anything to remove the engine trim panel. They are all riveted. After the trim panel is removed, only 2 sleeves are needed, 13 sleeves and 8 sleeves are needed.
The wiper arm has been removed, but it takes skill to remove this arm and not hard pulling it. You must hold down the screw link of the wiper arm and press it down towards the front stop glass. Lift it up and back and forth several times before the wiper arm releases itself. It’s easy to take it off.
I took it down and inspected it. The bottoms of the shafts on both sides were dented, and the gaskets could no longer be pressed. You can use a grinder to smooth it down and add another gasket to solve the problem. I checked that the motor lever was sold separately for 60 yuan, so I just bought a new one and stopped repairing it.
Compare the old and new, start removing the motor and press it on the new one
This one is new and the gasket is firmly pressed.
I stopped sending it back. I couldn’t take photos alone because my hands were full of oil. I started a road test, and the abnormal noise was solved. At the same time, the wiper work was quiet and smooth. I could have a beautiful day today. I felt better driving and my temper was also reduced. Spend small money to do big things![]()
