Next, test the tire pressure and the specific condition of the tire. The tire pressure of a car has different standards in each season. The specific condition of the tire is also very important. A small negligence may break down halfway or cause a bigger disaster.
Testing antifreeze for freezing point test. I think this test is necessary in the north, because the outdoor temperature in winter in the north is still very low. If there is a lack of antifreeze or the freezing point of antifreeze is not enough, the vehicle will be damaged.
Maintenance workers used special instruments to conduct freezing point tests on the vehicle’s antifreeze.
Here is how to look at this device. The blue part is the freezing temperature, so the intersection of white and blue is the freezing point. Now it shows that it will only freeze at-45 degrees Celsius, which meets the specifications.
Check the amount of oil
Pulling out the oil dipstick, the maintenance worker also specially told me where the standard scale was. The oil volume of my Tanyue met the standard.
This blue device is used to measure the water content of brake fluid. Of course, if the water content is too high, it will affect vehicle safety.
The instrument shows that the blue interval is less than 1% GOOD, and there is no problem at all.
Checking vehicle computer data is also called detecting fault codes. After driving for a period of time, the driving computer cannot recognize it due to some abnormal operations, forming a fault code. Although it will not affect normal travel, it will cause certain damage to the car if it is not cleared for a long time. It is important to develop correct driving habits.
Finally, after swiping the trouble code, you can drive on the road. Personally, I feel that it is necessary to inspect the car frequently. First of all, I feel a lot more at ease. Moreover, doing so is also responsible to my family. It will not take long for the whole journey. Time, no matter what, you must do a test when you are away from home. After all, safety is the top priority of travel.
