The problem of water leakage and oil leakage was highlighted as soon as the number of years reached. Sure enough, after our inspection, we found that there was not only this problem, but also the situation of oil leakage and damage to the plastic sleeve. 70,000 kilometers also need some major maintenance, such as gearbox oil, transfer box oil, and intake carbon deposition and so on.

The repaired vehicles all look strong.

After the pressure test, we found that the return kettle had broken.

Lifting the vehicle, we found that there was a serious water and oil leak on one side of the engine.

Serious leakage on the side of the small water pipe cylinder head of the thermostat.

After pressurizing for a while, the coolant leaks out, which is not the coolant of the original factory.

Do you see the problem? with the same number of years, water pipe inspection should not be careless.

After checking, the parts we need to replace have the items listed in the work order.

The original Hella ordered by the kettle is from a manufacturer (not Shanghai Hella (fake)). There are many imitations on the market. Don’t be too cheap.

The first step of maintenance is to control the oil leakage of the rear oil seal of the crankshaft and to replace the front oil seal of the gearbox at the same time. Replacement and availability.

Clean the removed oil pan, replace the oil pan pad and replace the new aluminum alloy screw.

Tighten each screw according to the standard required by the installer.

Replace the damaged lower curved arm rubber sleeve, the quality of Mayer rubber sleeve is good for 2 years warranty.

We need to press out the old rubber cover and replace the new one.

The top glue of the engine has also collapsed and replaced together, and the left and right sides are different.

There is also a leakage point, and the sealing ring of the turbine coolant pipe needs to be replaced due to high temperature aging.

After removing the rubber ring of the differential, it is best to replace the new sealing ring after installation.

Compare whether there is something wrong with the top glue of the engine, there are signs of collapse.

Yuanbaoliang is empty, so it is much more convenient to change the pipe.

Part of the carbon deposition in the intake air needs to be cleaned.

The valve cannot be cleaned by a dog when the valve is open and needs to be closed.

The cleaning effect of walnut paste is not bad.

The do-it-yourself cleaning equipment is still good to use.

Deal with the leakage point to check whether there is any leakage, need to keep pressure.

Then change the transfer tank oil.

BMW’s original factory divides east-west oil, which breaks down a little inadvertently and gives one free at a low speed. At present, only the original factory, its viscosity and transmission oil and gear oil is not the same.
