After the car started, the engine compartment kept wheezing,
You can hear it when you sit in the cab and close the window,
Remove the belt and turn all the wheels. It should be the problem with the water pump. There was a slight click.(The wheezing sound still occurred after the booster pump was replaced)
I had free time the day before yesterday and started replacing the water pump (the goods were delivered with a smile, saying they were the original loading parts).
1 After the engine cools down a little, open the water tank cover, insert the silicone tube, and place an empty bucket in front of the car to suck out part of the antifreeze.(I sucked out 3 liters of the 4-liter bucket)
2 Remove the belt and
3 Special tools are needed to remove the water pump pulley. Remove all screws and gently pry off the water pump with a single start (no need to use too much force)
4 The blade scrapes the residual glue at the pump outlet, evenly scrape a thin layer of glue (5910 glue) on both sides of the new pump gasket, align the holes and place them on the water pump, then align them with the pump outlet screw holes and press them with the other hand. Insert the fixing screws into the pump body and tighten them for the first time with a wrench (slightly tighten the first time, and tighten again after a minute or two). Install the water pump pulley and install the belt.
5 Slowly pour in the extracted antifreeze until the water tank mouth does not bubble, tighten the water tank cover, and pour the remaining antifreeze into the auxiliary kettle.
(I left it all night and added antifreeze the next morning to give the sealant at the water pump port a complete fixed line)
6 Start the engine. When the water temperature is 80℃, the throttle can see the antifreeze in the auxiliary kettle being sucked into the water tank.(During this period, the auxiliary kettle bubbled and exhausted the air in the circulation system. Because the antifreeze was drawn out and poured in without splashing, it was basically not added. To be on the safe side, about half a liter was added to the auxiliary kettle)

The last thing to say is: water tank-water pump-water tank cover-auxiliary kettle… When the functions are normal, the circulation system has the function of self-exhausting air, and there is no need to loosen the “deflation screw” to exhaust air.
Firstly, it is a waste of antifreeze, and secondly, it flows everywhere under the engine, which takes time and effort.
After replacing the water pump, the wheeze in the cabin immediately disappeared,
Currently, we have traveled 700 kilometers (high speed, low speed, and traffic jams, but the water temperature was not found to be too high. The water temperature in the water circulation system is normal)

Clip the two notches of the pulley and loosen the pulley fixing screws
