There are many products for removing oil films online. I chose a glass oil film remover imported from Japan recommended by Aunt Zhang. The store owner said that it will have a better effect when used with his water repellent agent.

The main component of oil film remover is abrasive powder, and the main components of water repellent are water repellent and film forming agent.
According to the instructions of the oil film remover, first clean the windshield, dry it, shake the oil film remover bottle, squeeze the remover through the sponge pad, evenly apply the windshield, and then clean it with clean water.

After confirming that the front gear is dry, shake the water repellent agent and squeeze out a suitable amount of the water repellent agent onto the sponge on the bottle body, and evenly apply it to the windshield. After waiting for three minutes for the applied liquid to turn white, dry it with a dry fiber towel, and let it stand for 12 hours. The water repellent agent can form a water repellent film. The instructions indicate that it can last for a year. I don’t know how long it can actually last.
