The car has been driving for three years, and it is not bad in all aspects. During this period, the main driver’s seat belt buckle sounds like a clatter. Any small hole you walk into will be clatter. I can’t stand it anymore. It has been a long time. The plastic parts are aging and the gaps are getting big. Okay, forgive you and start to solve you permanently by yourself. Here is how to do it. It’s very simple

It’s right here where the seat belt is put. The sound is so sour and clattering.

Holding this part with your hand, it shook up and down. The gap was very large, clattering, and it was very loud, mainly due to aging.

Just press it and go in about 3 millimeters immediately. Did you say it wouldn’t make a noise when it was stuck?

Compare the position of this picture with the picture below

Watch the large spacing, it is at least 5 mm from top to bottom

Remove the B-pillar

Pull the pimp off first

Break it out from the ceiling position and there are two buckles on it

If you break the bottom side out, there are also two buckles

Just break it like this

You can break off the top. There are a total of 4 buckles on it

Remove the skateboard that made an abnormal collision sound. The main abnormal sound location is that the six buckles stuck on the skateboard, and then the gap becomes large, making a collision sound with the skateboard

The upper and lower parts are also the source of abnormal noises. They will be dealt with together later. You see, it is the place where he pasted the nonwoven fabric. There are too few stickers on the original car

My solution is to use insulating tape to prevent the two pieces of plastic from making a collision sound

Six buckles and upper and lower parts are pasted

completed

Just put the skateboard on and tried it on and it was tight

Pay attention when installing, first connect the three buckles here to the upper plastic plate, then install the lower part, and finally install the upper plastic plate

It’s finished, and there’s no gap between fingers. It’s very tight

Be careful not to expose the insulating glue when you apply it, otherwise it will be too ugly

After the project was completed, I went out to try it out, and it was solved perfectly. If there were abnormal noises from the riders, you can get rid of it once and for all
