Old Sail central control locker maintenance

I don’t know how many old European lockers have been bought, but they were finished in just a few months, especially the Youshi ones. After using them for less than a week, the driver’s door had a slippery sound. It was too difficult to hear. What’s even more funny is that I went to the car inspection in August and was about to go online soon. The passenger’s door couldn’t be opened even if it was killed. The central control locker popped up. That was embarrassing, the mechanical lock couldn’t be opened. In the end, I still came back after the car inspection and removed the interior panel before opening it. So the so-called normal parts bought by a certain treasure are all the same. He simply had nothing to do last weekend and thought of taking apart the original car locker that he had replaced to see if it could be repaired. The problem turned out to be too simple, and the repair was easy to get to the point. Tools needed: two one-word-change knives and an electric soldering iron

It still takes a lot of trouble to dismantle. Remember to be careful with your hands when changing the two knives.

This is the locker of the original car. It looks different, especially from the microswitch.

Take a look and compare. The middle is the original car, and the gap is a bit big.

The motor of the original car has been removed, and there is obviously black powder on the bottom. The reason is that there is too much carbon deposition in the motor, which causes the rotor and metal contacts to be not electrified.

Look at how much of this carbon deposit

The carbon brush is okay, but it can still be cleaned up

It has been cleaned up and tested on power. It is powerful, haha

Two of them were repaired, one carbon brush fell off, and the locker motor purchased by a certain treasure was directly removed.
After loading and testing the three restored lockers of the original car, the switches all locked with different sounds. Finally, I got rid of the sound of sliding screws locking the door. There was no photo taken when loading and removing the door. I guess everyone knows how to remove it.

Just one more question, I guess I am the youngest person to open an old European now. Is there anyone younger than me in my 1991?
The next step is to remove the central control panel. Si I removed it last time but failed to remove it. I don’t know how to remove the air conditioner. There are basically Buick Sail tutorials on the Internet. If anyone has removed it, you can give me some guidance.
