Do your own maintenance (graphic post)

The car is undergoing maintenance again. The car has been more than five years old. Once the insurance is over, I will do it myself.

The engine oil follows the filter. The engine oil used in the G10 must be C3. Many domestic products are SN. SN is the American standard and C3 is the European standard.
It is best to heat up the car before maintenance, so that the deposited impurities can be brought up and the oil can be unloaded cleanly.

First remove the engine cover plate and open the oil port.

Prepare a small bucket and put two bags on it to use the engine oil from loading and unloading.

Then you can remove the oil. There is an oil removal screw on the bottom of the engine.

Using a No. 15 sleeve, tighten the screws counterclockwise.

Remember to put a piece of paper on it first.

The screw is loosened and you can then tighten it by hand.

Put the bucket first, and you can finish screwing out the screws. Just leave it like this and let it drain slowly.

When unloading the oil, you can continue to disassemble and filter it, using a No. 27 sleeve, which is an extension rod made by yourself.

The machine filter is in this position.

Also twist counterclockwise.

Don’t rush to take it out after loosening it. Find a useless towel and wrap the sides first, so that the sides will not be covered with oil when you bring it in.

I took it out. If there is still any oil in it, you can use a paper towel to soak it dry.

Put on a new machine filter and put it back in.

This is discharged engine oil. Don’t throw it away casually. It will pollute the environment. You can take it to a motorcycle repair shop.
Wipe the screws clean, as well as the oil unloading port, and install the oil unloading screws back.

The next step is to load the engine oil. Find a mineral water bottle to make a funnel.

This way, you can pour the oil. Don’t pour it all in when pouring, pour about 4.3-4.5L.

Then start it, check the oil amount on the oil dipstick, and add it if it is not enough. Be careful, turn it left and right when pulling the oil dipstick, and do not pull it directly, otherwise it may break.

After the oil has been changed, the next step is to empty the filter and first unscrew the empty filter.

Also remove these two parts of the fingers.

Then remove the empty filter cover and see the empty filter.

Take it out and blow it clean with a high-pressure air gun. The left side is not blown, and the right side is blown clean.
After blowing it all off, put it back on, and you’re done.
