Loosened the nut, found that the top of the gearbox is a little high, the glue is a little crooked, a little afraid that it is not good to take it out, and put on the big nut, tire, put down the gearbox to top again. For double insurance, I now put the car Jack under the engine guard, just in case.

The gearbox is still poured to the front of the car, and it can be straightened with a light pry. It has not been removed here, and I dare not rashly remove the glue of the old bracket for fear of any accident.

In fact, the above worry is superfluous (the wave wasted a lot of time), the iron pillar simply ran out of the hole in the middle. Push the engine valve cover with your left hand and the bracket glue can be taken off.

Previously found that 35-40km, as long as to this point, feel the car shaking around, some people say that this phenomenon is called sieve bran, more than a year. The tires are all overbalanced and transposed. It is easy to feel when you open it yourself, because with the addition of an armbox, the left and right shaking, the friction between the armbox and the seat skin, and the rustling sound, the passenger will be gone. The gearbox AT8 program 30 or so rises 3 gears, if vigorously 3000 revolutions accelerate, the left and right shivers more obviously. Lower the throttle or loosen the throttle, the jitter is slight and sometimes ignored. As long as you go to 40km, you won’t have it. Finally, the reason had to be attributed to the right front axle, because the inner ball cage dust cover damaged oil leakage, thought that the inner ball cage wear, left and right shaking is also in line with the various symptoms of axle damage, fixed speed. A few days ago, there were riders in the altar to change the half-axle, which made me think about the role of buffer glue again.
The glue on the right foot of the engine is changed by yourself. the steering wheel shakes before the change, and it is stable and comfortable after the change. Analysis of the left upper foot glue buffer is the up and down force, glue hard, the car body jitter has something to do with it.
The glue on the right foot of the engine buffers the force before and after. It has something to do with starting, accelerating and slowing down. Mine has also been changed. I was a little cracked before. I don’t feel anything. It may not be bad enough.

With the installation of the armbox, it is more sensitive to the lateral jitter, because after the jitter, the armbox is rubbed against the left and right seat covers. The armbox is relatively heavy and is installed on the sub-dashboard of the central passageway. It will vibrate after shaking.
The jitter also suspected the torque converter for a time. On the Internet, there is a crown converter to solve the problem of vibration at a speed of 40-50 km. Baidu can also find many cases of body trembling caused by the torque converter, such as CRV, some of which have been solved by changing the torque converter, which may be due to the skidding of the locking clutch. It has been monitored by diagbox that when shaking, the torque converter is not locked. It was also suspected that there was something wrong with the internal pump wheel, guide wheel and turbine.
Now analysis, it may be 35-40km, torque converter increase torque is small, mainly coupling, up to 80%, torque converter work, hydraulic transmission, changes in oil pressure will also produce vibration. After 42km, the torque converter is locked and the vibration is gone.
The vibration caused by the hydraulic coupling of the torsion converter is inevitable. When the gearbox bracket suspension glue is changed, the vibration is filtered and there is no resonance. Before the first and second gear rapid acceleration is not obvious, the third gear rapid acceleration 3000 rotation jitter is obvious (may also be some drag), to reduce the throttle, now the third gear 3000 revolutions do not shake, the throttle does not need to be deliberately controlled.
It seems that the role of shock absorber should not be underestimated. Pay attention to NVH 6-7 years of rubber parts can be replaced, if you do not care about 100000 kilometers will not be too rotten.
