Just after replacing the front wheel bearings last time, it was discovered that the dust cover on the outer cage on the driver’s side was also hung, and there were millions of grass mud horses rushing past in my heart.。Regarding the ABS on the front wheel being not installed in place, there may be occasional cases where the brake pads and brake discs slip when the low-speed car is about to stop. Brake bumps (very slight, which feels like abnormal sound of the brake discs). In fact, the ABS sensor is not installed in place

There is a little crack here. I always feel that the car is uncomfortable to drive ~.~

The specific disassembly and assembly will not be described in detail. First, loosen the fixing screws of the half-shaft outer ball cage at the inner hexagon of the 14MM (the new collar 1.8T automatically is a 14MM inner hexagon screw)(it is recommended to loosen this screw first before the tire is removed), and then remove the upper two swing arms and the steering machine pull rod to swing the horns. Use a leather hammer to hit the No. 19 screw to separate the halfshaft from the wheel hub.

Insert the outer cage shaft from the direction of the large shear head (note the flower sleeve). When the question comes, how can we be considered adequate? Please see the picture below, knock out the spline sleeve 1MM-1.5MM on the spline shaft
The next thing is to install it in order, so I won’t go into it again. Feeling: It’s okay to change this. Isn’t it very tiring? The main problem is whether the spline shaft is knocked in properly. DIY replacements with poor hands-on skills are not recommended.
