In May 2020, Xiamen Cinda Tongbao purchased the 2020 BMW 530LE Pioneer. During use in July 2021, it was found that the chassis was abnormal and accompanied by vibration during use.(Similar to the sound of firecrackers), after many inspections and repairs in the store, the fault could not be identified and resolved. In September 2022, we learned from the same hybrid car group across the country that it was the high-pressure cooling battery cooling valve of this vehicle. This fault was caused by the high-pressure cooling battery cooling valve. On September 4, 2022, we entered the store to investigate the fault again. On September 5, we clearly replied that the abnormal sound of the fault came from the high-pressure battery cooling valve (video is available to prove it). On September 6, Cinda called and informed the BMW manufacturer that the fault was determined as a normal working phenomenon and would not be repaired. After communicating with hybrid motorists in many places across the country, we discovered that this problem is very common in this vehicle (the same problem has occurred in all 5-Series hybrids produced since 2018-2022).
