To tell you the truth, I have considered Audi’s S5 before, and I am also looking at BMW Import 440i. I have not considered the 5 Series all the time. For no other reason, I do judge people by their appearance. Later, when I went to the 4S store to see the car, I didn’t know where Audi had the strength. He always didn’t like to talk to people, so they both looked like this. BMW is different. Before and after, they have also been to two stores, and the service is completely different. As for why we chose the 5 series instead of the 4 series, on the one hand, the leader of the family tried to sit in the back row of the 4 series, and directly negated it; on the other hand, the price of the 440 was too high, even higher than the 540. I remember that the final landing price was 30,000 higher than 540! considering configuration, comfort and space, I resolutely chose 540i. Some people here ask, why not consider domestic, domestic space is not better? If you have read my post before, you will know that I do not have much confidence in domestic production. Although BMW’s factories in China rank high in global quality, I still like imported quality, especially in assembly and materials. In addition, domestic in-line six cylinders only have deluxe version, no sports M? Let me choose 100 times, I will only choose the athletic appearance. In addition, because I often have to drive at high speed, I chose an enhanced driving assistance system; in order to improve the texture of the interior, I chose a ceramic kit; in order to worry about the future, I also bought a free package for lifelong maintenance, as well as a package with an 8-year extended guarantee for the whole car; after picking up the car, I also made a full car XPEL film to guard against rubbing, which I thought was very necessary, and there are cases behind.
After everything is settled, I will pay a deposit by credit card and wait for the bus for more than 5 months. Finally, one day at the end of November last year, the salesman called me, saying that the car had arrived at the store and could go through the formalities. There’s nothing to say about picking up the car, and everything went well.
After seeing the car, I felt surprisingly calm, and I didn’t have the excitement of mentioning CC Rline at that time, only a touch of joy arisen. It was only when I got into the driver’s seat and my hands touched the steering wheel that the first-class texture began to hit my nerves; when I was driving the car smoothly through the streets, I realized that this was the car I wanted.
Driving experience-in my opinion, this car is a collection of contradictions:
I have had three cars, the front drive, the four-wheel drive and now this rear drive, and the horsepower is getting bigger and bigger. If I have to describe the sense of control of this car, I feel that this car is the smallest car I have ever driven, although it is the largest, close to 5 meters. The original CC,4.8 meter looks like, but no matter accelerating overtaking, turning at high speed, or slamming on the brakes, this 540s makes me feel like driving a golf car, and the stability of the vehicle is so large that there is no sudden and uncontrollable feeling at all. The mental state of driving is very peaceful most of the time, because it seems that nothing is not under your control at all. It is obviously a medium and large car, how can it be as compact and smart as a small car? It is obviously a six-cylinder high horsepower rear drive, why is it more stable than the original four-wheel drive? It is obviously a good athletic body, but it is full of the delicacy of luxury cars. The collection of these contradictions is what attracts me to this 540; perhaps it is only when I am 40 years old that I can realize that BMW understands us more thoroughly than I can imagine. Yes, I am contradictory myself. Although I am not confused, I still have a fiery heart; although I grin at the splendor of the Tuhao style, what I pursue in my bones is still the quality of delicacy and luxury. 540i-the car I want that best reflects the balance between my heart and my actions.
