At the beginning of the replacement of the turbine due to the exhaust side did not increase, is the so-called domestic processing “heart-to-heart turbine”. The intake efficiency is very high and the exhaust side port is very small, which leads to the connection between the turbine and the engine as a whole into a high-load pressure cooker, and the performance is naturally not fast. The G38 long axis 5 series of other programs is near 5.6with one step, and I have been staying in 6.xx before. Later, I learned about the TMC program, and the communication results of friends who have been brushed are very stable and fast. B48 riders in Chongqing, Shandong and Liaoning all report that the car is easy to drive. It is true that the oil and gas separation mechanism of B48 engine is not good. After a long time, there will be a certain amount of sludge in the original turbine tube, and this phenomenon becomes more and more serious with the increase of mileage. The problem can be solved by adding an oil breathable kettle. At present, what we can know is the CR breathable kettle and the price is very conscientious. The bracket is fixed at the top of the shock tower, almost the original position, and there is no need to look for additional fixed points. I like the original installation very much, more or less obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Increase the pressure to install the CR oil breathable kettle, completely solve the problem of poor oil and gas separation of B48, if you do not install it, you will find that there will be oil residue in the turbine line.

After the installation of a large turbine, of course, it is necessary to increase the intercooler. The intercooler body of B48 is integrated in the intake manifold and uses coolant circulation to dissipate heat. Such being the case, increasing the volume and heat dissipation area of the coolant tank can effectively ensure the stability of the intake temperature. In theory, there is nothing wrong with saving interest. Various brands of CSF,WT,CR on the market have launched an intercooled radiator of B48&B58. After comparing the price and actual product parameters, it is found that SpeedTune, as a domestic brand, has a good performance-to-price ratio, because BMS can see the change of intake temperature in the app of the mobile phone. After the installation, I negotiated with the shop owner to withdraw if it didn’t work. Finally, when the outdoor air temperature was 30 degrees Celsius, running from static to 160, when the turbine was at full pressure, the screen recording of the phone showed that the air intake temperature gradually dropped from 57 to 38 degrees Celsius. I am quite satisfied with the result.

With the large and medium cold of SpeedTune, the drying is done, and the actual test inlet temperature is improved a lot.

The turbine tube and the wine spray pipe are also insulated because the real temperature in the engine cabin is too high. I am afraid that there will be problems with the aging of the pipeline. I really can’t stand the original xenon headlamp. I changed the LED spoon lamp a month before the competition. The original angel eye was laid off, which really affected the temperament. Haha.

There are some errors between the test results and the race. Due to the tension of the first race, I was too busy to upload videos in time. It was too difficult to watch the lights and watch the video at the same time.
