I first found out that when I was driving the highway alone, the copilot was empty, and I found that the copilot’s seat was so loud that the music could not be hidden, so I looked back and studied it from time to time.
It is found that under certain circumstances, such as when the highway is a bit curved or downhill, the co-driver’s headrest will vibrate frequently. I thought there was something wrong with the headrest I bought, so I took the pillow, and as a result, the vibration was even more enjoyable. I can’t solve the problem by adjusting the angle of the head pillow before and after eating expired Viagra. I can’t solve the problem when I press it with my hands, but it’s numb.
I took a video to sell it to me, and as a result, the sales side went crazy. A circle of people gathered around the phone to see my co-driver’s pillow bouncing, and then he drove to 4S. This problem was discovered by a buddy of Cha Youqun. He asked us for a long time, saying that he always heard the voice of the copilot and let his wife listen to it for a long time. Later, he could not determine the source of the noise, so he went to 4S and walked around with the technician like me. Later, it was confirmed that there was a movement in the co-driver’s A-pillar. Listen to him say take down the interior panel of the A-pillar, fix a thick line inside and solve it. He didn’t know what the wire was. I guess it was the drain from the skylight. Anyway, he said it was much thicker than the wire.

3. The driver’s seat opens the door creaking (what I found)

This question is really said. I have found from a long time ago that after the driver’s seat opens the door, half of the car door hinge friction is very cheap, disgusting and maddeningly creaky. I studied it for a long time and found that as long as the door opened to 1/2, the sound would be louder and touched for a long time. When I found that there was a vibration in the door near the rearview mirror, I thought there was something inside the door, and then I found that the co-pilot had a similar situation. I was directly fooled, and then I couldn’t stand it and went to 4S to find the god.
I thought it was so complicated that I almost hugged the technician’s thigh with tears on my face. As a result, my little brother said, Oh, this is simple. I only dealt with two sets yesterday.
In fact, the reason is very simple, that is, there is friction between the rearview mirror and the adhesive strip in the window frame, especially when opening and closing the door, the solution is also simple, first remove the glass horn from the inside (525 or 530 lead did not choose Harman when I did not say), then remove the rearview mirror, and then wipe the contact surface between the rearview mirror and the tape cleanly, then cut the appropriate length of felt cloth and stick it on it. And then recover.
The younger brother said that almost all the new 5 series have this problem, and it is easy to deal with it, so I think as long as you have it, you can deal with it right away. You can do it yourself with strong hands-on ability (anyway, after I have seen it again, I can do it all).

4. Abnormal noise of skylight (found by car friends and friends)

If I remember correctly, it was a friend from Fujian, a batch of moldy. The headlamp was cracked inside, and the manufacturer did not change it, saying that it did not affect the use, and then said that the skylight made a strange noise and rebounded directly after it was closed. Moreover, the skylight kept talking on the way after closing, and now it is still under repair. It is said that the fixed screw will be replaced. If not, it is estimated that the entire skylight assembly will have to be replaced. This is a special case, not a common fault. Just take a look.
There is also a buddy is the skylight assembly after the 4S transfer, which is so unlucky that the dude is struggling to dismantle it or not.
!! After the forum rider “jinxing0826” hint: when the car teeth, or over the ditch Kankan, the car body twisting bar, there will be a sound on the roof, it is estimated that it has something to do with this.
!! “Don’t buy GM in the future” hint: the roof of my car is noisy, and there is no sound when I go into the shop for maintenance for 3 times (similar to that kind of strange noise). Later, I found that the cosmetic mirror was held up by something harder in the gap of the roof near there. (the soft material of the previous pad is not good, the car body will still ring after twisting vibration.)

5. The copilot’s position is abnormal (at least most people have asked me)

This is even more ridiculous. Many people are asking why the copilot is clattering. It feels like something is tapping on his window. 6. About the abnormal noise of the plastic parts (interior panels) of the whole car (almost everyone has found out)

Not to mention this, since the day I picked up the car, especially after the sun in the summer, as soon as you got on the car and turned on the air conditioner to the coldest, the whole front interior panel seemed to crackle with setting off firecrackers.
This is really inexplicable, the interior panel is wood-grained, but the contact surface is plastic, and the tuyere in front is big and long. When I changed the mainframe, it was full of plastic parts. As long as it is plastic, there must be some sound as long as it is hot and cold. I personally understand that it is better than the crackling of some E finger. Well, if you want to be quiet, you can only work hard, all solid wood and metal. There is absolutely no sound, and it can cut off all wheezing. Well, where the hell did I write.
This is really inexplicable. I don’t know if it would be better to change the aluminum diamond panel, but in fact, it has been open for a long time, and it doesn’t seem to be so loud.

Many riders will feel that as long as the car is dismantled, there will definitely be a noise. I was sure of it at the beginning.
But since I removed the front interior panel and the air conditioning panel because I changed the mainframe, and because I added the gentleman switch (see the previous post), I dismantled the main driver seat interior panel, and now that it is installed, to be honest, it is no different. Songsong must be looser than before, everyone knows that it will be loosened a little bit less tight, uh. What am I talking about. ~
But as long as the buckle is good, and then installed in the right position, there will be no abnormal noise, at least mine. I broke a clasp when the interior panel of my driver’s seat was removed, and the master changed it for me and installed it (many modification shops will choose to turn a blind eye to it, and my character is OK).
