In fact, it is not that car companies are deceiving customers in large stores, or that they are deceiving their ears and stealing bells. Car companies are actually exploring the bottom line of consumers. Everyone’s bottom line is that there is no bottom line, so the bottom line of car companies is no bottom line. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our motorists, we hope that everyone will unite and hope that capable people will lead everyone to communicate with the manufacturers:

Car owners who expect to speak a lot or are good at it will initiate a joint letter requesting BMW manufacturers to issue formal instructions or reports, either providing a solution or promising that adding more oil will not cause, but is not limited to, abnormal increases in carbon deposits, GPF clogging and other faults (4s shops listen to the manufacturer’s instructions, and finding 4s will not have much effect). 2. Car Quality Network or 12315 initiated a collective complaint. Although there are many complaints from Car Quality Network now, compared with the market sales of BMW Oil Engines, the market sales are only a small part. We are not causing trouble or accusing the manufacturers. We are just putting the facts and asking for demands.
3. Car owners who have recently gone for maintenance require technicians to check the spark plug if they have doubts. It is best to check the carbon deposits through an endoscope and take photos to keep them as evidence.
Above, I feel that I have no ability and no time to do these things well. I hope that capable people will shoulder the banner and lead the vast number of car owners in need to build communication channels with manufacturers. We will not complain, scold each other with trolls, and we will not talk to the water army. Reasonably, we also don’t want to listen to customer service reading copywriting. We just want to hear the manufacturer’s explanation.
