Amtek Auto to acquire Germany’s Rege Holding
NEW DELHI: Auto component maker Amtekek Auto today announced the acquisition of Rege Holding GmbH of Germany for an undisclosed amount. Amtek Auto’s Singapore subsidiary Amtek Engineering Solutions Pte has signed an agreement to acquire the German company, Amtek Auto said in a filing to the BSE. “Rege He added that he will provide component machining and assembly for automotive and non-automotive industries through the subsidiary. Isuzu Motors targets 1.2 lakh units annual output by 2016

Bosch opens new manufacturing plant in Karnataka
