FrancesToynbee
Release Time:
July 2, 2024, 5:09 AM
Light high-profile vehicles are typically lighter in weight and have a higher center of gravity compared to standard vehicles, which includes many SUVs, vans, and some types of trucks. Their design makes them more susceptible to being affected by strong winds or rollover accidents, especially at high speeds or during sharp turns. The “high profile” refers to the vehicle’s taller height, which contributes to a higher center of gravity. Drivers of these vehicles need to exercise caution during adverse weather conditions and should be mindful of their vehicle’s handling characteristics. It’s advisable for drivers to be familiar with their vehicle’s specific features, such as electronic stability control (ESC), which can help prevent loss of control.
