On Friday, the company’s board of directors approved the establishment of a subsidiary in the U.S. market ahead of the planned acquisition. Super Grip Corporation was founded in 1984 to produce quality tires for the industrial tire market. S Ravichandran, Director of TVS Srichakra Ltd, said in a company statement, “We are excited about the proposed Super Grip deal.
