The project is divided into two phases: the first phase includes two hard carbon black production lines with an annual output of 50,000 tons and two 6-megawatt generating units, while the second phase plans to build a soft carbon black production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons.

The main raw materials and fuels come from coal tar and gas produced by Xinshi Coal Coking Company. Therefore, one of the important reasons for choosing to build a factory in Yuanping is because it is close to the origin of raw materials." Yuanping City Xinxing Carbon Black Co., Ltd. and Xinshi Coal Coking Company are both located in Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone. This location not only reduces production costs, but also improves product quality controllability. The person in charge of the company added: "Before selecting the site, we inspected many places and finally chose Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone, which has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and can enjoy various preferential policies."

The carbon black produced by Yuanping City Xinxing Carbon Black Co., Ltd. is a reinforcing additive for rubber products. It can significantly improve the wear strength and tensile strength of rubber products. It is one of the main raw materials for manufacturing tires. Its product sales cover more than 20 regions including Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Fujian, and are supplied to more than 50 tire manufacturers. The sales are stable and have a good reputation. In addition, the company will also build advanced desulfurization, denitrification and waste heat recovery environmental protection facilities to ensure emission standards.
