ChemicalGuys Chemical Kid, a brand whose name sounds a lot like the superhero in the movie, is an American auto supplies brand founded in 1968. There are quite a lot of products in their family, and all kinds of subdivision types are very complete.

I didn’t write this brand because I wrote soft articles, but I happened to have a whole family bucket of chemical boy products in the car wash, so I happened to experience it.

This is the picture of the auto-beauty products in the store, and they are basically chemical boys. In order to prevent the suspicion of soft text, I typed the name of the store.

I went to their new branch last weekend and planned to do a fine wash for my BRZ. The first step is to get the car wet.

There are all kinds of equipment in the store.

The second step is PA pre-washing, using chemical kid citrus polish car wash. First spray the whole car with car washing liquid, and then let it hang for five minutes to wrap the sand and gravel on the surface of the car body.

Wash away the car wash fluid and sediment with a high-pressure water gun to reduce the damage caused by large sand and gravel to the paint surface during the next two buckets of water washing.

The third step is to scrub it with two buckets of water with Mr. Pink, the chemical boy. Two buckets of water are designed to prevent small grains of sand and gravel from returning to the gloves and reduce the probability of fine lines.

Corners and crevices often leave a lot of stains and should be brushed clean.

The fourth step is to use Chemical Kid Dark Wheel cleaning gel to wash the wheel hub. Although the name sounds scary, it works well.

My BRZ brake leather changed to EndlessccRg racing leather, which lost a lot of powder, and then the Weds tc105X hub looks simple in shape, but in fact, in order to steal light, there are many gullies, so you have to brush all the corners carefully. Every time I wash the wheel hub, I always torture people. I regret why I didn’t buy advanGT. Jane is easy to wash.

The fifth step is to do deep cleaning after washing the whole car and collecting water to remove the stains that cannot be removed by PA and two buckets of water. The chemical boy super decontamination clay is used here.

Squeeze the clay onto the waxed towel and apply it back and forth in a straight line to remove stubborn stains and oxides. This step is to prepare for the next step of paint stacking.

The sixth step, the paint is stacked, divided into three layers, the lowest layer is the glaze, the middle is isolated with a split agent, and the top is waxed. Here glazing uses chemical kid speed glaze spray.

Glaze is to brighten the paint and improve the color.

It’s easy to use, spray it on the car paint and spread it evenly with a waxed towel.

The upper layer of split agent, in order to seal the glaze. The chemical boy Jetseal sealant is used here.

The seal layer has achieved the effect of protecting the paint surface in order to isolate the corrosion of the paint surface. It has a certain effect on corrosive liquids such as gum, bird shit, air conditioning water and so on.

The glaze sealant needs to wait for 15 minutes to set. At this time, you can do the seventh step of interior cleaning.

The seventh step is to clean the interior, first apply chemical boy leather moisturizer.

Maintenance of real leather, imitation leather interior decoration is easier to use, alcantara is not easy to use.

Then apply chemical kid Mercerizing interior care agent to achieve brightening effect.

Finally, apply chemical kid leather coating to protect the leather. I didn’t expect to use three kinds of bottles and cans to clean up the interior.

The BRZ original seat is made of leather on the side and alcantara in the middle, so you only need to apply it on both sides.

Finally, spray chemical boy deodorant fragrance in the air conditioner outlet. The smell of fragrance is also part of Chimei, and no one wants to take a car with a strong and disgusting smell. This fragrance also has a slight smell of cologne, which smells very good.

After the interior is cleaned, the sealing agent is almost ready, go back to step 6, stack the paint and start waxing! The chemical boy black pearl wax is used here.

This wax is more suitable for dark, pearl and metallic paints. Just like the ordinary waxing technique, the fish scale lines can be spread out slowly. Expensive is really expensive, but to see the crystal clear car paint is still in a good mood.

Finally, put on a layer of paint coating. The German NanolexSi3DHD paint coating, which is more expensive than the Chemical Kid, is used here. The price is very outrageous. A small bottle of 30ml costs more than 600. Why not grab it?

Use crystal plated cloth to spread the coating agent. The effect should be there, but it is mainly psychological. As to whether it is necessary to use this expensive thing, it can only be said that there are different opinions on the wallet. Why should I use it? Because I had obsessive-compulsive disorder again.

The effect picture taken at random in the store is clean and bright visible to the naked eye, what is the happy planet?

After washing, the car is clean and my wallet is stuffed. Ah, it’s really expensive. I spent a lot of money in order to send this post.

And what is even more exasperating is that after washing, there was a sudden shower on the way home that night, and there was no time to take pictures of the car. I’m so angry.

However, the process of washing the car is still very happy, just like rubbing your own baby.
