The throttle is a controllable valve that controls the entry of air into the engine. Although there is nothing unusual about the car, I decided to wash it by myself, which is healthier. You can also judge whether it is time to clean the throttle by feeling, such as unstable idle speed, jitter, easy flameout, weak acceleration. How to clean the throttle:
1. It is free of disassembly and washing. Remove the upper cover of the engine to expose the throttle car key is electrified but do not start with something against the throttle, spray the throttle cleaning agent on the cloth to wipe the throttle flip plate and the inner wall, this method of cleaning is not thorough can be used in the case of less carbon accumulation in the throttle.
2. On the basis of the first method, remove the four screws that fix the throttle without pulling out the wire harness, pick up the throttle and spray the cleaning agent first and then wipe it, spread a piece of cloth at the bottom of the spray cleaning agent or catch it with a container, if you just spray it first and then wipe it, you don’t have to worry about the spray cleaning agent flowing into the engine room, because the cleaning agent used after spraying first is small and the cleaning agent itself is easy to volatilize. I think this method is feasible and can effectively clean the front and back of the throttle, but the disadvantage is that the wire harness restraint operation is not very convenient. If you do not unplug the wire harness, there is no need to match, then the two methods do not need to match after cleaning.
3. Remove the screw and pull out the wire harness, remove the throttle completely, spray it with cleaning agent and finally clean it thoroughly.

If the car key is not powered on, use a screwdriver against the throttle to fully open the throttle to further check the reverse area of the throttle.
Press the throttle against the throttle through the screwdriver in the car, and the throttle is fully open. at this time, you will hear the beep of the machine, which is dirtier, and a simple scrub is far from enough.
Remove the four screws on the fixed throttle, then use the T30m inner angle wrench to loosen the screw with a wrench and then remove the screw by hand. The advantage of this is to prevent the screw from accidentally falling into the cabin. If there is a magnetic force in front of your wrench, so much the better.
Arrange the screws in order, and finally install them in place.
At close range, the reverse side is already very dirty, so it seems that it is a good time to clean it.
Unplug the wire harness, there is a stop above the wire harness plug, press and gently pull out to separate.
Remove the throttle completely and plug the exposed intake manifold with a prepared towel to prevent it from falling or flying in.
The throttle that has been completely removed has green paint on both sides of the factory, which also proves that this is the first time that Xiaolang has cleaned the throttle. I will wash the throttle for you for the first time and make sure it is clean. Only after I serve you today can you serve me better.
Spread the prepared newspaper on the floor and catch the detergent to protect the environment. Hold the throttle in one hand and the detergent in the other, spray the opening of the throttle downward or sideways to clean the throttle, do not spray the opening toward the face to prevent the cleaner from splashing on the face or body.
After a burst of spray, the black carbon deposits are washed down, and then wipe them off with a complimentary mask (non-woven cloth). In the process of careful re-cleaning, I didn’t dare to move the board.
